Ella Read was born in North Carolina and grew up in Skaneateles, NY. She attended Moravia High School and was involved in chorus, musical theater, volleyball, and 4H. Ella received her Bachelor’s degree in biology at Wells College. She went to Cornell University for her veterinary degree. During veterinary school, she worked in the anesthesia department. Ella has a special interest in surgery. She currently has three cats and a lab mix at home. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming, and playing volleyball. She also enjoys traveling and musical theater.
